The covered area has held up well but the exposed area has weathered to the point that I have just resanded it again and recoated three times. I have two questions for the forum. Would adding several more coats to the exposed area now when it is easy to do and clean give a longer lasting finish. My second question is whether anyone has any experience with Flood's Spa & Deck. I am going to refinish my pool deck which is completely exposed to all of the elements. Flood's advertise that as this is an acyrilic product it will last 3-5 times the oil based timbre coatings. I like the idea of not sanding this deck back and only scrubbing it with a cleaner and then giving it a blast with a high pressure blaster and then applying the three coats in one day. The house is located in Buderim Sunshine coast Qld. Thanks for any opinions/ advice that you can offer
