Good way to label these keytags permanently

Good way to label these keytags permanently

i have bought 100 new plastic keytags to replace existing ones, they are RFID ones.
i cant think of a way to label these things.
i need to have 3 digits on them in reasonably large writing that will not easily come off so need to withstand a fair bit.
what ways can you think of to do this??
