Time Out
The time has come unfortunately for some time out.
Get the new bandsaw toy and My wheels sort of fall off.
Have got to the stage it is hard to even walk to the shed.
On Wednesday 2/3 go into hospital to try & find the cause. Found a faulty heart valve last time; so might need a valve regrind.:D
Damn these things hit with a rush. 3 weeks ago couldn't take the bin out (1.3km round trip) ; last week trouble getting to the shed & back.
So be warned; DON'T be too complacent with any chest pains.

Sorry to hear that mate, I hope they find out what's wrong and that soon you'll be able to get back to the shed.

Toggy. It will all go well. We have some of the best surgeons in the world for that work here in Melb.
Make sure you do a cardiac rehab course - well worth while.
Good luck

Ken sorry to hear your unwell
Gods speed to you to good health

Ken,
Which hospital are you going to? Ms. Grunt is a cardiac nurse and cares about these things.

Look forward to seeing you back in action soon Toggy, but don't rush it. Best wishes.

Thanks for the well wishes folks.
Start with some tests at Shepparton 1st thing in the morning. Wednesday is stress tests etc (where they found the crook valve) at Shep private. Any problems it is "do not pass the front door, go directly to St Vincents or Melbourne Private." I figure he played monopoly as a kid. Most are usually airlifted out that night or next morning.
That head job that Grunt mentioned sounds a better deal.
my mother rang this evening with the "good" news. The old aunt had the same problem and just had 2 stents put in. Bit of a family failing obviously.
At $1000 an inch for them; just think of the woodie tools we could be buying.
Got a rev from no 2 son today when I mentioned that if anything was to go wrong; with my luck they will give me a bludy CHIPBOARD box.
