Tradesman did poor job, who to complain to??

had a kitchen benchtop done in artifiacial granite, the join in the top is atrocious. the contrast is very noticable and i want it fixed.
They are giving me the run around, says its normal yet no other benchtop in the complex has this issue.
seems like they have taken a piece from another sheet and slapped it on.
what do you think?? would you also want it fixed??
they are not returning my calls, who do i start complaining to first?? office fair trading, bsa??
