Valspar LIC 40

I have posted a similar thread in the metalwork forum, as I am about to paint my metal lathe. I thought I might get some different lookers over here.:).

A local paintshop owner has recomended this product to me
LIC Polyurethane Enamel | Valspar Automotive Products - LIC Brand

Has anyone had any experience with it ?

I only want to do this job once, any advise would be appreciated.
