Another where is this in Sydney

Okay guys. you solved the other mystery picture, here is another. Where is this in Sydney? My friend tells me she thinks it is somewhere near or at Darling Harbour. I don't remember seeing it when I was there but I didn't go into the city much unless I could help it.

That is the Dancing Brolga Fountain in Cockle Bay, which is at the end of Darling Harbour
