Renovating for a living?

Hi All,
Im wondering if there are others here that are renovating for a living?,

Im a carpenter, have built houses & just finished an owner builder house & Im considering starting to buy units(in a regional area, where I live), putting in a new kitchen, bathroom, carpets, doors & paint etc. then selling it.
Does anyone have any advice about the tax obligations that may arise from doing this
?, & any other advice or experience to offer.
