What screws for hollow doors?

Hi ppl!
Just fisnih patching up few holes on the kitchen door and my wife insists that I should attach new hooks or a steel bar so she can hang things on these.
I wonder what type of good anchor screws should I get taking into account the the door may be plywood or shallow.
