Building with a builder (Advice)

HI all,

I'm about to build a house with a builder, and was just wondering if you guys can give me some advice to look out for and what to do during the building process. How I should handle stages of the construction and whether I should get my own certifier to check the construction at certain stages etc.

Has anyone got any recommendations for a really good building inspector working in the Bankstown area?

Also can anyone comment on the Building company Clarendon?
