How to securely fix fly screens?

G'day,
In SA, under current pool safety regs (about to change, but wont affect me), I can have windows opening into the pool area providing that the fly screens have strong mesh and that they are securely fixed.
I cant work out how to securely fix them so that I can get them out without too much hassle to clean the windows and without making a dog's breakfast of the frames.
Any suggestions please?
