Advice needed on my recently renovated roof,opinions please

Hi all, I recently had my terracotta roof renovated by a local roofer, he also replaced the sarking as well.

I am curious to get some ideas on if, the sarking should be poking out from under the tiles partly into the guttering, and if there should be some small pools of water in/on the new starking, because it has some hollows due to no being stretched flat.

Should I be alarmed or does the above seem normal?
