I recently had a minor issue with a product I purchased off the Sandpaper Man. I sent his e.mail address a message mainly to notify them in case it could have been a bigger issue.
I was pleasently surprised to recieve a reply within a couple of hours. Because of work commitments I didn't reply straightaway.
Within 24 hours "Kerry" contacted me via mobile phone and was genuinely concerned and could not have been more helpful :U:2tsup:
I would like to thank "Kerry" as I always considered their service "first rate" but he proved that customer service from "on-line" shops is alive and well.:2tsup::2tsup::2tsup:
