Restore Roof - How to?

Hey guys,

I have added couple of images I just wanted to know how to restore this roof.

:) I assume is Terracotta - Ha! that's the extent of my expertise!!

Only 2 broken tiles I have replacements.

1: Could some tell me if this can be DIY? it have lot of mold an lichen also will require clear seal and repaint.

2: Can somebody quote? - I need to have this done in November 1st week. In Hills Dist Sydney.
