Building a shed with tin roof - no ceiling. 2 rolls of anticon @$107 each on ebay will cover it, and give me foil and glasswool in one. I understand it does reduce noise as well - my son has a drum kit.
1. The ebay anticon is only R1.3. Is that sufficient for a shed?
2. And can i achieve the same thing with cheaper sarking and cheaper insulation? Can you use batts? Is there any real advantage to anticon?
