Land Title info

I just ordered & received my land title that I ordered through landata website, could someone tell me what this means: Created by instrument B146542 26/04/1965

Does it mean that the land was divided up on this date?

What I'm trying to find out is when my house was built exactly, have looked through all the papers from when we purchased but can't find anything specific.
