Roofing material suggestions please

Hi all,

Originally I was looking at a clear polycarbonate roof for a new enclosed rooftop room extension. Having since found out that the roof structure must achieve an R-value of R3.2 to achieve required BCA standards, I am now looking for options.

Roof will have a pitch of approx 30% and will be approx 7700 * 4700.

Any suggestion for a lightweight roof structure that can meet this R-value with the help of insulation? Looking for a very contemporary design. Ceiling will be sprinklered and will probably incorporate acoustic sheeting to keep noise levels under control.
