bowed rafters on pergola

I'm curently building a new pergola, I have used 140x45 rafters with 900mm spacings between each rafter. I have just noticed a couple rafters have started to bow slightly. The rafters are about 3m long. Will i need to put a few noggings to fix this or once i brace the rafters with 90x45 battens for the roof will take the bow out?
