My theory: It's because their spouses hit them on the

My wife when to the Sleep Clinic and was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea.
Apparently she snores in any position and kicks all night.
Don't know what the test cost the taxpayer, but I've been married to her for 22 years, i could have told them she she kicks in her sleep (and sometimes not in her sleep.)
