Frame and rafter size for rebuilding shed?

The old 7m x 5m shed is falling down around me so it needs rebuilding. It was originally built from whatever was laying around about 40 years ago.

How do I figure out what size timbers I need to use to replace the frame and rafters? It's a flat roof shed.
