Cutting Doorway in Concrete Wall

Hi guys,

I know this is a pretty vague question and i cant get exact answers without having it looked at.

Basically want to cut a single doorway in a Concrete wall. It is on the bottom level of a 2 story home, im going to assume its structural however im not 100% sure.

Just wondering what the general way of doing this is? Im sure its not impossible so im trying to research before asking a builder. Or is this something i should just forget? Id say the wall is around 120mm thick.
