Free-Standing Room

Hi all -

I'm looking at a house that needs an extra room.

i am thinking a freestanding room - just attached by decking to the main house.

It will be on steel posts about 1m high. Floor area about 4 x 6 m.

Floor out of yellow tounge. Construction pine and pitched roof (apporx 15 degrees) (if that is the cheapest option)

Cladding hardie plank.

One sliding door - the rest just stanndard 1200 x 800 aluminnuim windows.

Any rough ideas of cost??
