Servery window suppliers - any suggestions?

I am looking at moving my kitchen window down about six inches and replacing it with a timber servery window. The window is something like 2.5m x 1.3m and the quotes I've gotten are around $4k, which is probably a tad higher than I'd hoped. Anyway, I'm wondering if this seems reasonable? It's fairly straight forward since it's cement sheeting on the outside so no brickwork to move or anything like that.
