NGIA. Ever heard of them???

Hi all,

my wife is on a kinda board here in Vic and their looking to apply for a grant to begin renovations. A company called NGIA were invited to a meeting and said they have their own contractors etc, etc and will do the job for 3% fee of the total grant ( to be payed within 14 days of the work commencing) I can't find their website but they claim to have done 10 - 15 other schools and kindas.
I thought some one out there may have heard of them before.
