House Valuer in Adelaide, anyone know a good one?

Im in Adelaide, i need 3 houses valued properly by an independant valuer as the banks are giving me grief telling me they have valued my houses at around 25-30% less than what i know they are worth therefore limiting the equity i have which i need to increase.
only way to do this is get an independant valuers valuation for the TRUE value of ,y properties.
anyone recommend me a good valuer who does more than just a drive by and random suburb price search and will come to a TRUE value.
