My new project

Hello all.

Im currently in the process of buying my first home. Its a 2 bedroom weatherboard on a good size block. Future plans are to renovate the existing home and if so, sub-divide the rear block for 2-3 units.

It needs a bit of work but its all easy for me as Im in the trade! Im sure with regular visits to this site I shouldn't have a drama!

Below is the floorplan of the existing house and below is the proposed plan which would make it a 3 bedroom.
