Renovation plans

Hi, I've been considering some changes to the layout of our house for a while now, and I wanted to get some other opinions on whether this concept would work, or what they might do differently to the current floor plan.

We have a need for an extra bedroom in the future, and we plan on adding a deck off the back.

We must have an extra bedroom, the office needs to go somewhere as well.
