Stud Wall Question

Hi,

I am building a seperate stud wall room inside the space below (soundproofing) and had a few questions on stud wall construction:

1. What should the bottom plate be? untreated, H3 or H4 I assume it should be 45x90?

2. What should the top plate be? double 45x90? and does it need to be H3 or H4 or something else?
