New Pergola

hi all,

just trying to work out quantities/prices for a pergola i would like to build off existing brick wall.

width of pergola will be 6.9m bolted to brick wall, rafter span 3.2m to beam/posts.

colourbond roof
fibre cement lining to underside
using 90x90 posts at 2.3m centers

190x45 rafters @ 600's
190x45 beam
70x35 battens @ 900's

question, would it be possible to

step rafters down to 140x45 at 450's
step beam down to 140x45, would i need to laminate two together to make 140x90 beam?
