100mm pipe depth

Hi,
I am digging a hole in prepartion for the plumbing of a toilet / shower. See attached photo.

What depth should I dig? I have hired a hammer drill to do it and it has to be returned today and i dont want the plumber to turn up and say it is deep enough. We are on a tight budget and he is grumpy.

The hole will be concrete over then the tiled.
