Polished Floors - Sheen Type

I'm getting my floors polished and have the option of a 'Satin', 'Semi-Gloss' or 'High-Gloss' sheen to it.

Problem is I'm having trouble finding examples of each and pros / cons.

Do you have any pictures / advice?
