decking on concrete and dirt

I'm looking at building a ground level deck in the backyard to extend the living area. its a 6x6.5m area. The problem I have is the previous owner had a slab laid down out the back and its only half the area that I want, so in essence half the deck will be fixed to concrete the other half on the ground. Whats the best way to do this? I have 150mm give or take a little bit to keep it level with the doorway on the concrete. I have read around on other posts, but havent seen a solution for this.
