Getting stumps pinned??

Our house has brick/concrete stumps built on clay. We have been getting a bit of movement and cracking as the clay is drying out with the warmer weather.

We will be doing subsoil drainage to help with this problem but was thinking about looking into getting the house pinned in the future.

Is this a massive and expensive job??? Our house is over 300m2 Would the whole house need to be done or just problem areas???
