Building non-load bearing wall

G'day

I am on a mission to create a 3x8m room inside of an existing shed (double carport sized).

Currently the shed only has sides, the front and back are open, planning on walling in the front with spaces for a door to be hung into the room, and a roller door into whats left of the shed.

I was going to build wall frames out of pine but came across some other materials at bunnings that, im assuming is for building wall frames.

Consists of galvinized wall "track" and beside them was "wall studs". both were U-shaped items. Looks like you screw the track to the slab, then screw in the studs. No predrilled holes or anything in them.

This stuff any good? it would be heaps cheaper than timber but i can't seem to find any info on them at all.
