retro fitting to new LED lights.

Has anyone got any experience in retro fitting standard light fittings to LED's like the ones in this link below.

These are the screw in type which I have a few bedside lights.
Has anyone seen any with the regular light fitting end.

These are from HongKong so a bit weary about them not being to Australian standards.
I have not come across anything like these around town.
