3 Way Kitchen Mixer?

Came across this whilst browsing ebay, kitchen mixer that also has an outlet for filtered water:

3 Way Kitchen Mixer Tap Faucet Hot/Cold/Filtered Water

Seems like a sensible idea...one less hole to cut in the sink and one less tap.

I did some googling but couldn't find any other brands that make a similar product (apart from the UK...they seem a bit more popular there).

Anyone know what the pros/cons of these would be (I realise the ebay one may be questionable quality) and whether anyone else makes them?
