Blooming Plumbers - southern Tasmania

I have spent the last three months chasing a local plumber for a quote on the work needed in my renovations that I hope to start in mid-November. He says he will call - he doesn't. He says he will call in - he doesn't. My problem is that being fairly remote there are few plumbers willing to travel to here. So if anyone knows a reliable plumber who will travel to the Oatlands district in Tassie, then I would be grateful if you can PM their contact details. It is a fairly big job (slab, all wet areas, kitchen, gas, septic, evacuated tubes, hydronic heating, roof and connection to tanks and I pay cash. Hopeing to hear some recommendations because I am at present about to go shoot the current bloke.:~
