Drilling into tiled walls - tips

Hi All,

Planning to embark on the finishing touches to the long ensuite renovation this weekend, including getting our towel rails etc up on the walls. That said, neither of us have drilled into tiles before, just wondering if there are any tips / tricks to it? Obviously don't want to crack our beautiful newly tiled walls!!

Appreciate any advice.
