White set help please

Hi All

Im a cement renderer to trade and have dabbled a bit with white setbut need some advice.

1)the walls im rendering at the moment need white set aswell ,its just me and my aprentice and the walls have a lot of mtrs to set nearly 5mtrs high,so im up and down on a plank.can i half the wall and join it in?
2)Am i right with my measurements im slaking 4bags lime into water barrel then mixing in bucket adding hardwall till workable thickness
3)ive added a pinch of cream of tarter to the mix does this weaken the mix?
4) i have a plaster machine for texture and acrylic render can i spray hardwall?
5)ive seen spray plaster on boral site can i use this on walls or is it just ceilings?
6) could i spray with compressor and hopper fed airgun?
7) im thinking that if i could spray the walls it would give me more time with the trowl working the set if you get me
any help would be great
