where would my storm water goto?

where would my storm water goto?

i have stormwater pipes from my roof going underground, it does not go to the street out the front of the house, i have traced the pipes and they seem to run from around the front to the back of the house and disappear out the back somewhere. i have neighbours on all sides including the back, would there be some sort of drainage easement it connects into that runs underground??
