Bathroom Exhaust Fan - Noise

First time poster on the forum.....

Am installing new bathroom fan. Have looked thru posts on ducted / ventilation, but not too much mentioned about noise.

Want to know what brands or systems have people had experience with.
Also, is there any noise difference between Axial flow (standard cheapy fans) vs Centrigual Fans?

At this stage we are looking at ducting the exhaust fan to just near a whirly bird (that we will have to install) House has 0.42 iron, and 55mm Acousticon blanket.
