pull chain shower head

Hi all
I'm in the process of building a outdoor shower and toilet in a weekender with a watertank collecting water and no access to power and electric pumps. My plan is to pump water up in the roof with a manual bilge pump into a small tank for the shower. What I can't find is a shower head with a chain pull valve to turn it on and off. The toilet is sorted by using a composting toilet but the shower head is turned into a real problem. Any ideas out there?
