Building a bathtub

Hey guys just wondering if anybody has built a bath tub similar to a pool and tiled on the inside, ive got a pic attached, can anybody let me know if its easy to do and how i got about it, my bathroom has brick walls, so i only have to built 1 wall to enclose it.
