Shallow Floor waste trap?

Hi, I am in the process of designing how our bathroom renovation
Question:
Does anyone know of a shallow type Floor waste gully trap that will fit within 140mm deep floor joists?.........the plan is to have a 100mm dia grate in the floor connecting to a 50mm dia PVC pipe that will run to the external wall and then connect to 100mm dia sewer line.........having the trap on the external side of wall is not an option due to clashes with existing piping and roofing
