Painting MDF doors, help!

Hey guys,

Wondering if someone can give me advice on how to paint MDF doors properly. I bought some white enamel to paint them with but it's really thin and runny and barely even starts to change the colour with the first coat, plus the coating is bubbly. I brushed this coat on.

Should I be using a different paint? Method?
