Good Evening Friends,
I know you don't normally use Board Feet in the land of OZ but, would you try to figure this problem for me?
If you have 21 pieces of 5/4 x 8 x 12' of timber, how many Board feet would you have?
Respectfully, :)

From dark recesses of my youth I think 8x11/4 @ 12 foot long=10 super foot per board which makes the order 210 super feet, I think is the answer.

162.32 seem like a good guess

Good Evening Friend,
The answer is indeed 210 super or board feet and it is figured in the same method that has already been posted .
21 x 1 1/4 x 8 x 12 = 2520/12=210. If you noticed that when you multiplied the 21 x 1 1/4 x 8 you automatically had the correct answer with out using the 12'.
Thank you for your support.
Respectfully, :)
