Errecting Posts

I'm almost at the stage where I need to errect my posts (100x100 & 150x150) on top of my re-inforced core filled block walls (they have post holders on top of them).

On the inside, there is a level slab. I'm thinking of a gennie scissor lift and bracing the posts with steel cable. Do you think this would work? Any other alternatives?
