Lights behind Kitchen Cupboard

Hi All,

I have kitchen cupboard already built.

I want to add new fluorescent lights behind kitchen cupboard and install glass splashback to modern the kitchen.

By remove kitchen cupboard, install timber blocks then install lights then put cupboard back on.

Question, I need to know what type of frosted glass to put between the light and kitchen cupboard ?
How to I install ? Shall I use aluminium strip 90 Degree ? See close up kitchen.jpg ?

Or is there any better ideas ?
