Huge shortage of tilers in Melbourne?

Have rung 5 tilers in the last week. each promising to come quote on my new bathroom floor tiling. Of the 5, only one turned up and then told me he can't do walk in showers, and that I needed someone who specialise in tiling. ... why did he advertise tiling in the yellow pages? ... the other 4 and yet to make a visit to quote.. each one makes a time, then rings to postpone or cancel because they are too busy. I cant beleive how hard it is to get a tradesman these days. (yet the unemployment rate just went up???)

ps-sorry for the rant but if you saw my other thread with finding a decent plumber you'd understand my frustrations.
