 DIL calls in today for a visit all a fluster after 2 weeks away on hol's her cousin is coming to visit so she has been busy cleaning etc.
Thank goodness I had stopped the lathe or a serious accident could have occured :oo:
Her cousin is training as a Teacher in Victoria and has to go to Armidale UNI NSW for additional courses.
Sooooooooo she (the cousin ) thought that they could spend heaps of time together while she was her in NSW attending UNI.
:D:rolleyes::oo: DIL asked would she be flying down or driving  or had she won lotto.....you see DIL lives subruban Sydney while Armidale is 650 k's north.
My comment lets hope she isn't teaching Geography, History or Social Sciences of Australia.:no:

Surely you aren't suggesting that the future of students should interfere with the egos of teachers!:oo:
I know a few good teachers (even married one) but there are quite a few out of touch teachers who due to their lack of experience and professional conduct can ruin the lives of many students.

I agree heavily with your "out of touch teachers" statement :2tsup: after all they maybe only "Human" but please don't tell them.

When I lived in NZ I had friends coming over for a visit to the Gold Coast, and they asked me if I thought it would be a good idea to take a drive up to Cairns for the day. I said that they could drive up to Cairns in a day, provided they didn't stop apart from for petrol and a quick bite. No idea....
