Floor polisher in melb?

hi guys, first time renovator here :)

need to get the floorboards in most of the house sanded/polished/coloured (all except the 4 bedrooms, they will be carpet).
we are after a dark walnut colour

any floor polishers here after some work?
or can anyone recommend someone theyve used? feel abit sus on just picking someone out of the paper without hearing from past customers
